These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it with EcoPalm Essentials LLP. Please read them before ordering — by placing an order you accept them.
## 1. About us

## 2. Accepting these terms
By browsing this website, placing an order or sending an enquiry, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website.
## 3. Who may order
You may place an order only if you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into a contract. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us — in particular the delivery address and phone number, since a wrong address is the most common cause of a failed delivery.
## 4. Products and descriptions
We supply agro products, botanical powders and herbal ingredients. Product descriptions, specifications, net weights and photographs are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them.
Our goods are natural agricultural products. Colour, aroma, texture and particle appearance vary in the normal course between harvests and between lots, and product photographs are indicative rather than an exact match for the pack you receive. Such natural variation is not a defect.
Where a specific grade, mesh, purity or specification matters to you, please confirm it with us in writing before ordering.
## 5. Availability
All products are subject to availability. Because supply follows harvest cycles, a product may become unavailable at short notice.
If we cannot fulfil an order after you have paid, we will tell you and refund the affected items in full.
## 6. Prices and taxes
- Prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Applicable taxes are charged as required by law and shown before you pay.
- Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
- We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or typing error, we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.
## 7. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acknowledgement of your order confirms we have received it, but it is not yet acceptance.
A contract comes into effect only when we dispatch the goods to you. Until then we may decline the order — for example if the goods are unavailable, if we cannot verify the payment, if the delivery address is outside the area we serve, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.
## 8. Payment
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept the methods Razorpay offers at checkout, including cards, UPI, net banking and wallets.
- All orders on this website are prepaid. Goods are dispatched only after the payment has been confirmed.
- We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials at any point — see our Privacy Policy.
- If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, we may withhold further supply until the amount is settled.
## 9. Delivery, refunds and cancellations
Dispatch and delivery timelines, delivery charges and failed deliveries are covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Cancellations, refunds, replacements and the 48-hour window for reporting a damaged, wrong or missing item are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.
## 10. Bulk, private-label and export orders
This website sells retail packs for delivery within India. Bulk, wholesale, private-label and export business is not transacted through this website.
Those orders are governed by the signed sales contract, proforma invoice and agreed Incoterms for the consignment. Where that contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.
## 11. Product use and health claims
Our products are supplied as food-grade and cosmetic-grade ingredients. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
You are responsible for satisfying yourself that a product is suitable for your intended use, and for complying with the food, cosmetic, labelling and import rules that apply to you.
If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition or a known allergy, consult a qualified professional before using any botanical product. Always read the pack.
## 12. Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, photographs, product copy, artwork, logos and layout — belongs to EcoPalm Essentials LLP or is used with permission, and is protected by law.
You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, resell or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission.
## 13. Acceptable use
- Do not use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system.
- Do not introduce malware, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site.
- Do not scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the site without our written permission.
- Do not place orders you do not intend to pay for, or misuse a payment method.
## 14. Links to other sites
This website may link to third-party sites, including our social media profiles and our payment provider. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
## 15. Liability
We take care to describe our products accurately and to supply them in good condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of profit, business, contracts or goodwill — arising from your use of this website or a product bought through it.
Where we are found liable in respect of an order, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
## 16. Events outside our control
We are not liable for a delay or failure to perform caused by something beyond our reasonable control — including crop failure, extreme weather, flood, fire, epidemic, strike, riot, war, courier or transport disruption, power or internet failure, or an act of government.
If such an event materially affects your order we will contact you, and you may choose to wait or to cancel the affected items for a full refund.
## 17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
## 18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them, this website or an order placed through it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
