Industries We Serve

Trusted across the value chain

From large-scale food manufacturers to boutique wellness brands — documented, export-grade ingredients supplied to the specification each industry actually works to.

Overview

One supply chain, seven very different sets of requirements

A food manufacturer, a supplement brand and a cosmetic formulator can buy the same moringa powder and judge it on entirely different criteria. One cares about bulk density on a filling line, the next about particle size and microbiology, the third about colour consistency between lots.

We work the same way for all of them: agree the specification in writing first, supply against it, and document every batch so the material can be traced back to its production lot and growing region. What changes by sector is which parameters we hold tightest and which paperwork travels with the consignment.

Below is what each industry typically buys from us, what its buyers specify, and the documentation we issue.

Sector by sector

What each industry buys from us

Food & Beverage Manufacturers

Production lines need the same material to behave the same way every run. We supply agro commodities and sweeteners at an agreed grade and mesh, from a named growing region, with the batch records to match.

What we supply

  • Jaggery — powder and blocks
  • Ragi (finger millet) flour and mixes
  • Moringa leaf powder for blends
  • Amla powder
  • Whole and ground spices

What buyers specify

  • Mesh and particle size
  • Moisture ceiling
  • Ash and acid-insoluble ash
  • Colour against a retained standard
  • Bulk density for filling lines

Documentation

  • Certificate of Analysis per batch
  • Specification sheet
  • MSDS
  • FSSAI licence details
  • Batch traceability records

Nutraceutical & Supplement Brands

Capsule, tablet and sachet formats leave no room for variation in fibre or fill weight. This is our most specification-driven segment, and the one where documentation is checked most closely.

What we supply

  • Psyllium husk at 95%, 98% and 99% purity
  • Psyllium husk powder
  • Moringa leaf powder, leaf-only
  • Amla powder
  • Custom botanical blends

What buyers specify

  • Purity grade and swell volume
  • Particle size distribution
  • Moisture and microbiology limits
  • Heavy metals and pesticide residue
  • Flow characteristics for encapsulation

Documentation

  • Full COA including microbiology
  • Heavy metal and pesticide reports on request
  • Specification sheet and MSDS
  • Allergen and non-GMO statements
  • Certificate of Origin

Cosmetic & Personal Care

Formulators care about texture, colour and how a material disperses far more than they care about its nutritional profile. We mill cosmetic-grade clays and botanicals to a defined fineness and keep the colour consistent between lots.

What we supply

  • Fuller's earth (multani mitti), cosmetic grade
  • Moringa leaf powder
  • Amla powder
  • Botanical powders milled to order

What buyers specify

  • Fineness and grit
  • Colour consistency lot to lot
  • Moisture
  • pH of the clay slurry
  • Microbiological limits for leave-on products

Documentation

  • Certificate of Analysis
  • Specification sheet and MSDS
  • Cosmetic-grade declaration
  • Country of origin
  • Batch retention samples

Pharmaceutical & Ayurvedic

Pharmacopoeial and Ayurvedic manufacturers work to fixed monographs. We supply against a written specification and will decline an order rather than substitute material that does not meet it.

What we supply

  • Psyllium husk, pharma grade
  • Amla (Emblica officinalis)
  • Single-origin Ayurvedic botanicals
  • Milled powders to a stated mesh

What buyers specify

  • Compliance with the agreed monograph
  • Identity and assay
  • Swell volume for psyllium
  • Heavy metals, aflatoxin and microbiology
  • Absence of adulterants and fillers

Documentation

  • Comprehensive COA
  • Method of analysis on request
  • Specification sheet and MSDS
  • GMP-relevant declarations
  • Full batch traceability

Agro & Herbal Brands

Brands building around a single ingredient usually want to know exactly where it came from. We can hold supply to one region and one harvest window so your story and your batch records agree.

What we supply

  • Single-origin moringa
  • Amla from named orchards
  • Psyllium from north Gujarat and Rajasthan
  • Jaggery from selected units
  • Custom milling to your mesh

What buyers specify

  • Region and harvest window
  • Drying method — shade or mechanical
  • Mesh and colour
  • Organic status where certification allows
  • Sensory profile against your reference

Documentation

  • COA and specification sheet
  • Sourcing and traceability record
  • Organic certification where applicable
  • MSDS
  • Retained reference samples

Ingredient Importers & Distributors

Distributors are judged on availability. We plan against harvest cycles rather than promising year-round uniformity that no crop can deliver, and flag a tightening market before it becomes your problem.

What we supply

  • Full range in bulk
  • Mixed-product consignments
  • Repeat contracts against a forecast
  • Container and LCL quantities

What buyers specify

  • Agreed specification held across shipments
  • Consistent packing and palletisation
  • Shelf life on arrival
  • Labelling for the destination market

Documentation

  • COA per batch
  • Packing list and commercial invoice
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Phytosanitary certificate where required
  • Bill of lading and shipping documents

Retail Packers & Private-Label

If you are putting your own name on the pack, the packaging matters as much as what goes inside it. We supply retail-ready formats and can pack to your artwork once volumes justify it.

What we supply

  • Retail packs in your sizes
  • Bulk for your own packing line
  • Private-label filling to your artwork
  • Sample packs for trade shows

What buyers specify

  • Fill weight tolerance
  • Pack format and barrier properties
  • Shelf life and best-before dating
  • Batch coding
  • Label content for your market

Documentation

  • COA per batch
  • Specification sheet
  • Nutritional data where needed
  • Artwork and label approval trail
  • Traceability by pack code
How it works

From first enquiry to first shipment

The same four steps whichever sector you are in.

1 · Tell us the specification

Product, grade, mesh, volume and destination. If you do not have a written spec yet, describe the application and we will draft one.

2 · Sample and approve

We send samples from current stock or the next production run. You test against your own criteria and confirm what to lock in.

3 · Confirm on paper

The approved specification, packing format, lead time and Incoterms are written down before anything is produced.

4 · Produce and ship

Material is produced or drawn to that specification, checked, documented and dispatched from Ahmedabad with the paperwork your customs needs.

Compliance

Documentation we issue

Standard with every consignment, or arranged on request where your market requires it.

Certificate of Analysis

Issued per batch, covering the parameters agreed in your specification rather than a generic template.

Specification sheet

The written definition of what you have approved, so every subsequent order is measured against the same thing.

MSDS

Material safety data for handling, storage and transport, in the format your logistics partner expects.

Origin & phytosanitary

Certificate of Origin and phytosanitary certification arranged where your destination market requires them.

Organic certification

Available on certified material, subject to the certification scheme recognised in your market.

Batch traceability

Records tying every pack back to its production lot and growing region, retained so we can answer questions later.

Common questions

Before you enquire

The questions buyers ask us most often, answered plainly. If yours is not here, ask — we would rather set expectations early than after an order.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product and the format. Retail packs can be ordered in small quantities through the online store. Bulk and export orders generally start at commercial volumes, and the practical minimum is usually set by economical packing and freight rather than by us. Tell us what you need and we will be straight about whether it is workable.

Can we get samples before committing?

Yes, and we would prefer you did. We send samples from current stock or from the next production run so you are testing what you would actually receive. Courier costs are usually borne by the buyer for international destinations.

What documentation ships with an order?

Every consignment carries a Certificate of Analysis, a specification sheet and an MSDS as standard. Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certification and organic documentation are arranged on request where your destination requires them.

Can you match a specification we already use?

In most cases, yes. Send us the specification you work to and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold it, at what grade, and what it does to price and lead time. If we cannot meet a parameter we will say so rather than ship something close and hope.

How do harvest cycles affect availability?

These are agricultural products, so availability and price move with the season. We plan supply against harvest windows and will tell you when a material is entering a tight period, so you can order ahead rather than discover it at the point of need.

Do you offer private label or custom packing?

Yes, once volumes justify the setup. We can pack to your artwork and pack format, with batch coding and labelling appropriate to your market. Talk to us early, because artwork approval and packaging lead times are usually the longest part.

Which ports and Incoterms do you work with?

We are based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, within reach of Mundra, Kandla and Nhava Sheva. We quote on the Incoterms you prefer — commonly FOB or CIF — and will explain what each one means for your costs and responsibilities if that is useful.
