Global Export

From Gujarat's ports to your destination

What we ship, how it is made and checked, the papers that travel with it, and the routes it leaves on.

Process

How an order moves

Six steps from first enquiry to a container leaving the port — each one agreed in writing before the next begins.

01 · Enquiry & specification

You share the product, grade, mesh, packing, volume and destination. We come back with availability, pricing and a written specification to work against.

02 · Samples & approval

Pre-shipment samples are sent for evaluation against that specification. Nothing goes into production until the sample is approved in writing.

03 · Sourcing at origin

Raw material is bought from the growing region best suited to the crop and checked on arrival before it is accepted for processing.

04 · Processing & milling

Cleaning, drying, milling and sieving to the agreed grade — with steam sterilisation where the end use requires it.

05 · Quality checks & documentation

The lot is tested against the approved specification and the paperwork set is prepared before the container is stuffed.

06 · Packing & dispatch

Goods are packed to the agreed format, stuffed and moved to the port under the Incoterm named in your contract.

Quality

Checked before it ships, not after

Every consignment is tested against the specification you approved, on the lot that will actually leave our facility.

Inspection at intake

Raw material is inspected before it is accepted. Lots that fall short of the agreed grade are rejected at source rather than corrected later.

Tested against your spec

Moisture, mesh, ash, colour and the other parameters written into your specification are checked on the lot that will actually ship.

Batch traceability

Records are kept for every shipment, so a consignment can be traced back through processing to the material it came from.

Retained control samples

A sample of each dispatched lot is retained, so any question raised later is settled against evidence rather than argument.

Certifications & Documentation

The paperwork that clears customs

Documentation requirements are set by your destination market, not by us. Tell us where the goods are going and what your clearing agent needs, and we will confirm at the quotation stage exactly which papers we can prepare or arrange. Certification requirements — organic, kosher, halal or destination-specific registrations — are handled case by case.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Lab-verified parameters for the specific lot being shipped, issued against your approved specification.

Specification sheet

The full technical description of the product — grade, mesh, moisture, origin and intended use.

MSDS

Material Safety Data Sheet covering safe handling, storage and transport of the material.

Commercial invoice & packing list

Consignment value, terms and a line-by-line packing breakdown for customs and your clearing agent.

Certificate of origin

Confirms the goods are of Indian origin, and supports preferential duty treatment where a trade agreement applies.

Phytosanitary & fumigation certificates

Arranged where the destination country requires them for plant-based goods or wooden packing material.

Delivery

Packed, booked and shipped to terms

Packing format, freight mode and Incoterm are settled before production starts, so the landed cost you plan for is the landed cost you get.

Packing to suit the lane

Multi-wall paper sacks with food-grade liners, lined HDPE bags, drums or retail and private-label packs — palletised and shrink-wrapped where required.

FCL, LCL and air freight

Full container loads for volume, consolidated LCL for smaller orders, and air freight for samples or urgent high-value consignments.

Incoterms to suit you

EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF are quoted routinely; DDP is considered case by case. Terms are confirmed in writing with the named place before the order is placed.

Lead times confirmed upfront

Production and dispatch timelines are agreed at the quotation stage and depend on the product, grade, packing format and season.

Port Connectivity

Ahmedabad sits behind Gujarat's gateways

Gujarat handles a large share of India's container traffic, and every gateway below is within a single day's road haul of our base — which keeps inland lead times short and leaves more than one routing option when schedules tighten.

Mundra — Seaport

India's largest container port by volume, on the Kutch coast, with deep-water berths and dense mainline services to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Far East.

Deendayal (Kandla) — Seaport

A major west-coast cargo gateway handling containers, bulk and break-bulk, long used for agricultural commodity exports.

Pipavav — Seaport

A container and bulk port on the Saurashtra coast, well connected by rail and often a useful alternative when schedules are tight.

Hazira — Seaport

Near Surat in south Gujarat, an option for consignments moving out of the southern half of the state.

Inland container depots

Depots around Ahmedabad allow containers to be stuffed and customs-cleared inland, then railed or trucked to the port of loading.

Ahmedabad international airport

Used for samples, trial quantities and urgent consignments where sea freight timelines do not work.
